The district reserves the right to discontinue service to any or all customers of the water district without notice for failure to pay a bill by the first day of the month, following the month in which the bill is rendered. When the water service has been disconnected, for non-payment of bill, it will not be reconnected until the payment of the water bill that is past due, as well as any penalties accrued, along with a fee of $60 for disconnection, and $60 re-connection.
